Upper body work centers on overhead mobility, which unlocks strength, power, and durability across all distances and strokes.

Built specifically for hockey athletes: strength, power, mobility, and durability for a high level on the ice. Sessions include hockey-specific warm-up and recovery strategies, targeted strength for single-leg stability, rotational power, and posterior chain development, mobility work emphasizing hip health, and progressive plyometrics for explosiveness on and off the ice.
