From an early age, Alice was a multi-sport athlete participating in dance, soccer, lacrosse, and tennis. She spent summers traveling and meeting friends throughout the country at various camps and clinics, until going through the college recruiting process. Over the years she experienced several minor injuries that were managed in the athletic training room, but continued to return year after year. Upon entering the University of Michigan, Alice experienced a career ending injury that changed her perspective on training. When Alice entered graduate school to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she hoped to someday empower athletes like herself to enhance their performance and increase the longevity of their athletic career.
When she’s not working with athletes, Alice enjoys mountain biking through the Aspens, trail running with her dog Bodie, skiing new terrain, and taking on new challenges like surfing and climbing. Alice is on a mission to help athletes of all ages and competition levels realize that there isn’t an end game.
My goal is to help athletes reframe their mindset and performance so they can face any challenge with resilience and rediscover the joy of competition.
