Brendan George has worked in the Sports Performance industry since 2014, focusing on Long-Term Athletic Development through his coaching philosophy, BasicsWin. This approach emphasizes mastering fundamental skills such as linear speed, multi-planar movement, and basic strength training patterns.

Brendan believes that a fun, supportive training environment helps athletes and clients take ownership of their growth and performance. He has coached athletes of all ages and levels, from youth and club sports to high school and collegiate athletes, and now also works with adults seeking long-term health and performance.

He additionally specializes in Return to Sport training, collaborating with physical therapists and doctors to guide athletes safely through recovery. In 2018, Brendan completed a 10-month Specialist Certification in Muscle Activation Techniques, adding a high level of precision and care to the rehabilitation and return-to-play process.
