SHANE MOODY M.S.

Mental Performance Consultant &

Sports Performance Coach

Growing up, Shane immersed himself in a variety of sports before honing his focus on football, eventually playing Division I football at the University of Montana. Pursuing his passion for understanding the intricacies of athletic performance, he initially studied exercise science for his bachelor’s degree. As his college football career reached its culmination, a profound interest in the mental aspect of sports led Shane to switch his major to sports psychology. This decision was pivotal in shaping his trajectory post-college.

Driven by a desire to impact and mentor athletes, he transitioned into the role of a sports performance trainer. Armed with multiple training certificates and years of hands-on experience, he dedicated myself to providing high-quality training to athletes ranging from high school to the professional level. While working with athletes across various stages of development, he recognized a deeper calling to serve athletes not just physically but mentally as well. This realization prompted him to pursue a Master’s in Performance Psychology, seamlessly integrating sports psychology into his practice.

His unique journey has allowed him to blend expertise from both the mental and physical domains, offering a holistic approach to athlete development. He is committed to building not just skilled athletes but well-rounded individuals, focusing on optimal human health and performance. By combining the power of the mind and body, Shane aspires to empower athletes to reach their fullest potential in sports and in life.

GUIDING ATHLETES TOWARDS PEAK PERFORMANCE AND LONG-TERM SUCCESS, I INSPIRE A JOURNEY OF GROWTH, RESILIENCE, AND ACHIEVEMENT IN BOTH THEIR CHOSEN SPORTS AND BROADER LIFE PURSUITS.
