Mental performance goals for this training can include improving confidence, reducing fear of reinjury, reducing anxiety of returning to sport, finding a deeper mind-body connection, and coping with the loss of sport.
Return to sport mental performance training can both help you return to your sport feeling more confident as well as help you feel good and excited about the recovery process.
