We complete group screenings and analysis pre- and post-season to identify areas of improvement and progression over time.
We track trends in athlete injuries and help to develop a clear injury plan that can be implemented in warm up and cool down routines, or with strength and conditioning staff.
Programs encompass various mental performance skills that progress each session including psychoeducation, activities, processing, and discussion.
For teams, an emphasis is placed on team cohesion, communication, and leadership skills.
