College Recruiting Mental Performance Program
One-of-a-kind program for high-level athletes who are about to or are already going through the college recruiting process.
Year long mental performance program consisting of topics pertaining to athletes going through the recruiting process - setting big (yet realistic) goals, playing consistently, performing under pressure, handling stress and pressure from others, comparison to others, confidence, fear of failure, emotion regulation, performance anxiety, and more.
Work 1-on-1 for an entire year to truly individualize each topic, practice mental skills, implement mental skills, and measure progress over time.
Program is a year long consisting of one initial intake session and 25 follow up sessions (sessions occur every other week), weekly follow ups via phone call, and follow ups via messaging.
This program is NOT on how to get recruited, how to communicate with college coaches, etc. This program IS on how to incorporate mental performance skills into your training to play at your best during the time you are going through recruitment.
In person, virtual, or hybrid options are available.
Must be at least a sophomore in high school.
