  • In this program I help teen athletes go from feeling discouraged and injury-prone to confidently running back into the huddle with their teammates.

  • Address fundamental movement patterns and sport specific strength, mobility, and power training to keep kids healthy and having fun 

  • Female athletes in particular are at increased risk to suffer injuries than their male counterparts such as ACL tear, stress fracture, ankle sprain, overuse injury and concussion.
